Me

I have been involved in building  start-ups and developing teams for over 20 years. I have founded several companies in Germany, China and Argentina, developed various online platforms and mobile apps and led a company with over 100 employees through a turnaround. My last start-up was acquired by a publicly listed company. Afterwards, I fulfilled a lifelong dream and travelled around the world for half a year.

Over time, I learned a lot about leading and developing people, creating successful teams and a positive corporate culture, and building digital businesses and agile organisations. Today, I derive the greatest joy and satisfaction from sharing my experience and knowledge, and since my return I have supported other founders and their teams on their path to success as a coach, mentor and business angel.

Pro bono, I coach and mentor social entrepreneurs and support initiatives that address the challenges facing our environment, society and economy in the 21st century through open innovation and collaboration.
